Check in is 3 pm and check out is Noon.

Please dispose of all your garbage at the local waste site (directions  will be provided )

Please turn off all lights and fans when you leave the house.

Please leave the house in the same clean condition that you found it in when you arrived.  We want all of our guests to be welcomed into a fresh environment when they arrive!

This is a self-catering Rental. It is the responsibility of the renter to thoroughly clean the house before check-out in order to assure that their entire deposit is returned. .

Please do not clean any fish inside the house.
